The fact that this building had previously been Worth’s Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street before it was moved to its present location gave us the idea of creating a setting using old ice cream chairs. The stage for the puppet theatre, inspired by Tony Sarg’s marionettes, was originally the counter of the kitchen. Behind the curtains, the puppet master would have “cooked up’ his theatrical creations. Our setting became complete using Tony Sarg memorabilia and toys from the Forager House Collection. .
